The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, with emphasis on delivering clear status reports to executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• PMP certification or similar preferred.
• 4+ years of project management in a complex, multi-site environment.
• 3 years working with HR and business leaders to drive project execution.
• Experience managing HR-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Lead project execution and maintain overall project vision and plans.
• Refine execution approach using PM standards and best practices.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and critical paths; manage timelines.
• Develop progress reports, logs, and risk registers for management.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement.
