Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience are required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage Intacct highly preferred.
• Travel to client sites locally is required and may include occasional non-local or overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add value to the client.
• Collaborate with clients to set financial policy and participate in overall strategy.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Lead financial administration, planning, and budgeting.
• Oversee longer-term budget planning and cost management.
• Monitor budgets and present operational metrics.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting, directing financial accounting.
• Coordinate audit activities.
• Manage multiple client engagements effectively and efficiently.
• Build strong client relationships and become a key member of the client management team.
• Develop external business networks and establish service and industry thought leadership.
