Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies, headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeks a proven Chief Financial Officer to shape financial strategy and drive growth across multi-location manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the President and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee accounting, forecasting, treasury, tax, risk, and M&A, building a high-performing finance organization and ensuring robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or senior finance roles in manufacturing.
• Experience leading domestic and international acquisitions, with due diligence and integration.
• Ability to manage multi-location operations and complex financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to drive profitable growth and capital allocation.
• Oversee accounting, forecasting, treasury, tax, risk management, and internal controls.
• Lead ERP initiatives, reporting, and analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions and lead due diligence and integration planning.
• Guide finance transformation and IT collaboration.
