Qualifications

• Experience as CFO or senior finance leader in distribution, aftermarket, or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex inventory environments and multi-location operations.
• Strong leadership with experience partnering with executives and Boards.
• Track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plan.
• Provide financial leadership for growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Lead and oversee accounting, FP&A, and treasury functions.
• Optimize working capital, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Drive improvements in BI, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Oversee a multi-location financial and inventory environment and ERP implementations.
