Jobot is seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent CFO to lead financial strategy and operations. The role focuses on cash flow, ERP implementation, and liquidity, with a track record of strong financial leadership in high-growth environments.

The CFO will oversee budgeting, reporting, and risk management while partnering with senior leadership to set strategic direction and ensure long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a senior finance or accounting role.
• Proven experience with Cash Flow management, ERP Implementation, and Liquidity.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports and projections.
• Strong budgeting/forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business; MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting practices, including budgeting, tax and audit functions.
• Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; consult with President and COO on strategy.
• Contribute to development of strategic goals and overall management.
• Implement and manage ERP system to align with business objectives.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow and cash management for stability.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and safeguards.
• Collaborate with managers on planning initiatives through financial analyses and reports.
