Job summary

American Crane & Equipment Corporation in Douglassville, PA seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, ERP transformation, and strategic planning for a growing manufacturing group.

You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, partner with the CEO and leadership team, drive cash flow and working capital, and build a high‑performing Accounting & Finance function while guiding cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field required; CPA preferred
• Significant leadership experience in operating companies, especially manufacturing
• Experience with ERP implementations and complex financial systems strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide executive financial leadership to ACECO and NorLink Solutions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning
• Oversee balance sheet management, cash flow, and working capital
• Drive ERP transformation and cross‑functional financial leadership
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial governance across departments
• Collaborate with CEO, President, and Leadership Team to shape strategic direction
