Marsh McLennan Agency Private Client Services seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, planning, and reporting, partnering with the President & CEO and leadership team. The role focuses on strategic direction, scalable growth, and M&A execution, with a focus on improving processes and margins through data-driven insights.

The CFO will drive transformation via ERP/BI platforms, develop compensation frameworks with Sales and HR, and build a high-performing finance team, including risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in FP&A, controllership, and strategic finance with M&A experience.
• Experience partnering with executive teams to drive goals.
• Expertise in driver-based modeling, budgeting, forecasting, advanced Excel, and FP&A/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting, owning financial strategy, planning, and reporting.
• Partner with commercial/producer-facing teams to drive growth and support M&A.
• Own revenue streams and financial oversight of compensation structures.
• Develop forward-looking financial models and dashboards.
• Drive finance transformation with ERP/BI tools and data pipelines.
• Support talent analytics and workforce metrics with HR.
