HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations in the Evansville, IN area.

The CFO will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls to support growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have significant financial leadership in a large industrial environment, with expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and operational financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Significant financial leadership experience in large industrial environments.
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, production economics and operational financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and operational performance.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, audits, insurance, and financial risk.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Establish and monitor financial controls, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.
