Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably CFO or VP level.
• Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer products a plus.
• Strong strategic partnering with CEO and exec team.
• Ability to build scalable financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own financial strategy from forecasting to long-range planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting cycles, and board reporting.
• Oversee month-end close, cash flow, and P&L management.
• Partner with CEO on fundraising readiness and major capital decisions.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure to support growth.
