Job summary

Mars Men, a fast-growing US DTC brand, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the founders and executive team. You will own the financial strategy, oversee planning, reporting, accounting, cash and working capital management, and capital allocation to balance growth with profitability.

You will build and lead a high-performing finance organization, drive performance analytics across channels (DTC, retail, subscriptions), and act as the primary partner to lenders and investors as

Qualifications

• Experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth consumer business.
• Deep experience with DTC, eCommerce, retail, subscription, inventory, and performance marketing models.
• Broad leadership across FP&A, accounting, cash and working capital, controls, and capital allocation.
• Proven success building finance teams and infrastructure through rapid growth and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company strategy into financial priorities, operating plans and investment decisions.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, capital allocation and performance management.
• Provide visibility into drivers of the business including unit economics and channel profitability.
• Partner with Growth, eCommerce, Retail and Operations to improve performance and accountability.
• Build and develop the finance team, systems, processes and reporting infrastructure for scale.
• Lead financial workstreams for strategic transactions and serve as the finance partner to investors and lenders.
