Mars Men is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the Co-Founders and executive team, owning financial strategy and operations to balance growth with profitability. Qualifications

• Prior experience as CFO or senior finance executive within a scaled, high-growth consumer business.
• Deep experience with DTC, ecommerce, retail, subscription, inventory, and performance marketing models.
• Broad financial leadership spanning FP&A, accounting, cash and working capital, controls, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into financial priorities, operating plans, and investment decisions.
• Lead planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, and capital allocation across the company.
• Provide visibility into drivers like unit economics, contribution margin, and channel profitability.
• Partner with Growth, eCommerce, Retail, and Operations to evaluate opportunities and improve performance.
• Build and develop the finance team, systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead finance workstreams for future strategic transactions and act as primary partner to lenders and external advisors.
