Orchard is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance organization through the next chapter of profitable growth. As CFO, you'll head FP&A, Strategic Finance and Accounting to deliver disciplined budgeting, accurate forecasting and commercially savvy insight.

This full-time role reports to the CEO and is based in New York City, with remote options for candidates in Denver, CO or Austin, TX. The position includes stock options and a broad benefits package as Orchard targets

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial leadership roles.
• Experience leading FP&A, Strategic Finance and Accounting teams.
• Investor mindset with big-picture and detail orientation.
• Entrepreneurial, high-energy, fast-moving with disciplined risk-taking.
• Strong communication and leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting teams (8 people) to deliver business insight and rigorous financial analysis
• Build and sustain a culture of financial discipline that supports both high growth and profitability
• Foster a culture of intelligent, calculated risk-taking across the organization
• Partner with other departments and functions to support their success
• Serve as a champion for Orchard in the market, helping shape workplace culture in line with Orchard's values
• Lead the company's path toward profitable, sustainable growth.
