Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in DTC/e-commerce.
• Proven ability to build reporting templates and operational frameworks.
• Strong written communicator; executive-ready summaries.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory health across all channels; forecast demand and flag risks.
• Manage 3PL relationships, SLA, billing, and fulfillment performance.
• Design rolling operational forecasts aligned to marketing and buying plans.
• Translate data into concise written summaries for leadership.
• Oversee production coordination and supplier lead times when applicable.
