You will build an audit-ready function with ERP systems (Trimble/Viewpoint Vista, ProCore, PowerBI) and drive disciplined reporting, budgeting, tax strategy, and intercompany structuring across entities such as Precision Elements, Marina Partners, ASAR

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance leadership with real construction or project-based industry experience.
• You know WIP schedules, job costing, and surety programs cold.

Responsibilities

• Financial leadership across a multi-entity platform with cash flow, bonding, banking, and due diligence.
• Build the finance function with ERP and systems; tax strategy and intercompany structuring.
