Confidential Executive Search is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a diversified platform operating in construction, real estate, land development, and specialty services. The role requires strategic leadership to architect scalable finance systems across multiple entities and asset classes.

The CFO will partner with the CEO and ownership group to shape capital strategy, risk management, and long-range planning, building a high-performing finance organization to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including senior-level experience in construction, real estate, or development.
• Deep expertise in WIP accounting, job costing, multi-entity consolidations, and project finance.
• Proven ability to manage complex banking relationships and capital structures.
• Strong command of GAAP and enterprise-level financial reporting.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO on financial direction, capital allocation, and growth.
• Lead annual budgets, multi-year plans, and long-range forecasting.
• Build forward-looking models for construction, real estate, and land development.
• Provide timely financial reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Enhance profitability, cash flow, and working capital management.
