Qualifications

Now second-generation family led, the company has seen strong, steady revenue growth over the past several years and continues to project significant growth in the years ahead. This search is being conducted to identify a strategic CFO who can support the company's continued growth and help elevate the finance function.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee the finance, accounting, IT, and HR functions of the business. This is a true number-two leadership position, with the finance function currently sitting as its own tier directly under the CEO. The CFO will lead a team of 5+.
