CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a CAAS Chief Financial Officer to lead financial services for client accounts in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on CFO functions within a client accounting and advisory services team, driving policy, budgeting, and KPI analysis.

You will collaborate with clients to set financial policy, manage cash flow, and coordinate audits while overseeing multiple engagements and building a strong external network. Travel to client sites is frequent.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant accounting or financial experience required.
• Retail or restaurant industry experience preferred.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required (Accounting/Finance or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Travel to client sites and local travel frequent; some non-local travel possible.

Responsabilités

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client's accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add value for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to set financial policy and participate in strategy.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, and KPI analysis.
• Lead financial administration, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate audit activities and ensure proper financial recordkeeping.
• Manage multiple client engagements and build strong client relationships.
• Develop external business network and act as a thought leader in the field.
