CLA is seeking a Senior to join our CAAS (Client Accounting & Advisory Services) team supporting Technology Industry clients from our Las Vegas, NV office. The role focuses on delivering high-quality accounting services and coordinating with client teams across cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Understands client operations and manages multiple clients and accounts.
• Day to Day Transactions: Coordinates accounts payable, cash disbursements, AR, cash receipts, payroll postings.
• Month End Processing: Reconciles accounts and prepares financial statements; reviews GL and cashflow.
• Other Quarterly/Annual Processing: Completes sales tax returns, 1099s, and audit workpapers.
• Oversee workflow and quality: Supervise Associates and Analysts to ensure quality.
• Special Projects: Assists with internal audit, due diligence, and system selection.
