CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for its CAAS practice in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on leading CFO functions, driving financial strategy, and partnering with clients in the manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting/finance, manufacturing experience, and strong client management skills. Travel to client sites is expected, with in-office work and frequent engagements across local accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant accounting/financial experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or related field).
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Travel to client sites is frequent and may be required.

Responsabilités

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client's accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add value to the client.
• Set financial policy and drive overall strategy with the client.
• Lead capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Oversee budgeting and cost management; monitor progress of budgets.
