Job summary

CLA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the Client Accounting and Advisory Services team. The role involves performing CFO functions, setting financial policy, and driving strategy for multiple client engagements.

You will manage budgets, cash flow, and audits while building strong client relationships and contributing to growth of our Professional Services CAAS practice. In-office role with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting and/or financial experience required; 10+ preferred.
• Experience in professional services is a plus.
• Project and client management experience is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and education may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add client value.
• Set financial policy and drive overall client strategy.
• Lead capital planning, risk management, and KPI analysis.
• Oversee budgeting and financial administration.
• Monitor budgets and report operational metrics.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and audits.
• Develop client relationships and lead external networks.
