Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of relative work experience as an Assistant Controller, Controller, or equivalent.
• Experience in Construction and/or Real Estate industries is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; combination of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is highly preferred.
• Travel and hybrid/flexible working environment may be required depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add value to the client.
• Set financial policy with the client and drive overall strategy.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Lead financial administration, planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate audit activities and manage multiple client engagements.
• Build strong client relationships and develop external business networks.
