• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience may be accepted.
• CPA certification preferred but not required; QuickBooks Online knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add client value.
• Set financial policy and participate in overall strategy.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Lead budgeting and financial administration.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance.
• Build client relationships and provide leadership in service delivery.
