Job summary

Burlington Hyundai is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial and operational function across the organization, developing strategy, metrics, and control systems to protect assets and report accurate results.

You will lead the East & West Controller teams, manage budgeting, cash forecasting, and financing activities, and partner with the executive team to shape future acquisitions and drive performance through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration; master's preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in multi-dealership environment or public accounting.
• Experience partnering with an executive team; data-driven and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting process and monitor cash balances/cash forecasts.
• Develop financial and tax strategies; oversee debt and equity financing.
• Maintain accurate financial statements; partner with executive team on strategy.
• Direct operational best practices and performance metrics aligned to strategy.
• Train accounting teams and foster a culture of talent growth.
• Collaborate on acquisitions and strategic direction with ownership.
