Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to CEO, board, and ownership on performance, capital allocation, and risk.
• Translate data into clear priorities, decisions, and accountability.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, including long-range scenarios.
• Direct treasury and liquidity management, debt facilities, and lender reporting.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to optimize pricing, inventory, and working capital.
