Job summary

A large mission-driven healthcare service provider based in the Southeast is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, guiding financial strategy, risk management, and resource allocation in a mission-focused, data-informed way.

The CFO will oversee the finance function across accounting, treasury, revenue cycle management, and payer contracting, drive modernization of systems, ensure GAAP compliance, and deliver transparent reporting and robust

Qualifications

• Progressive financial leadership experience.
• Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement and managed care contracting expertise.
• Experience integrating financial and operational systems.
• Public accounting experience preferred; multisite real estate/facilities background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, board and executive team on financial strategy.
• Provide forward-looking insight via modeling and forecasting.
• Lead all financial operations (accounting, treasury, audit, compliance).
• Improve cash flow, reimbursements, and payer relations.
• Oversee revenue recognition and reporting in GAAP.
