The CFO will lead a lean finance organization, optimize working capital, and strengthen systems and controls while partnering with lenders and the board.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in progressive finance leadership roles, incl. 5+ years as CFO or equivalent
• Experience leading FP&A, treasury, accounting, audit, tax, and controls
• Executive-level communication with boards, lenders, and senior leaders
• Proven ability to drive growth, improve working capital, and profitability

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and board partnership with CEO and leadership team
• Oversee planning, forecasts, reporting, and investment evaluation
• Direct treasury, liquidity, debt facilities, and capital structure management
• Partner with commercial and operations teams on pricing, profitability, and working capital
• Advance finance systems, data, and automation initiatives
