DealHub Ltd. is seeking a strategic CFO to oversee treasury, cash flow, inventory financing, and operating performance across a multi-location dealership platform.

You will collaborate with the CEO, board, and lenders, supported by the accounting and governance teams, to ensure accurate reporting and strong controls. You will lead 13-week cash forecasting, lender relationships, equity/debt financing support, and annual budgeting while driving EBITDA and gross margin improvements across

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 4+ years as CFO, VP Finance, or Corporate Controller.
• Public company CFO or senior finance experience, preferably at micro- or small-cap.
• Working knowledge of SEC reporting, SOX 404, and audit committee practices.
• Working knowledge of inventory-heavy financing such as floor plan or ABL facilities.
• Hands-on treasury and cash flow management experience, including 13-week cash forecasting.

Mansioni

• Oversee treasury and cash flow management across the dealership platform.
• Manage inventory and floor plan financing and related lender relationships.
• Lead investor relations, earnings calls, and cap table maintenance.
• Build annual budget, rolling forecast, and board reporting with variance analysis.
• Oversee 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings and SOX 404 program; liaise with auditors.
