Job summary

DealHub Ltd seeks a high-impact Vice President of Accounting & Administration to drive enterprise-wide financial leadership and modernize infrastructure. The role reports to executive leadership with a defined path to CFO and a mandate to enhance governance and strategic financial initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines technical rigor with strategic influence, leading a 10+ person accounting team, overseeing multiple entities, and partnering with the board on critical financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations incl. GL, close, and consolidated reporting.
• Direct monthly/departmental and multi-entity P&Ls.
• Lead variance analysis with executive insights.
• Reconcile accruals to cash-based statements.
• Oversee firm-wide commission calculations.
• Ensure integrity and timeliness of financial reporting.
