Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, CEO Communications to shape and execute an integrated CEO communications program. You will translate enterprise priorities into clear messaging and ensure the CEO’s voice is reflected across internal and external engagements, partnering with the VP of Corporate Communications.

You’ll lead content and narrative development, oversee speeches and town halls, collaborate with Media Relations, and align messaging with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting and advising senior executives.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner, shaping messaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling for executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of CEO communications across internal and external platforms.
• Write CEO speeches, town halls, and prepared remarks for external engagements.
• Shape and refine messaging to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Partner with Media Relations to align CEO remarks with external communications strategy.
• Engage senior stakeholders to inform messaging and support effective storytelling across channels.
