Qualifications

• 7 years in corporate communications, thought leadership, media relations or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high-visibility external engagements.
• Strong writing and storytelling capabilities translating complex issues into clear messaging.
• Project management in highly matrixed environments with deadlines.
• Superior verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Political Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of thought leadership opportunities for BMS leaders.
• Identify and present opportunities in partnership with enterprise colleagues.
• Conduct ongoing research to identify external trends and white space opportunities.
• Develop high-quality executive communications including talking points and briefing materials.
• Prepare submissions for high-impact enterprise awards.
• Monitor impact and reach through engagement metrics and media coverage.
