Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a catering sales professional to solicit, book, plan and coordinate meetings and functions, maximizing banquet space to achieve revenue goals. You will report to the Director of Catering Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing and support corporate and hotel initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning, upselling, preparing proposals and contracts, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent service and customer

Qualifications

• Must have prior Marriott experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong knowledge of catering, food & beverage and banquet operations.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and book catering events to maximize revenue.
• Plan and detail meetings/functions with clients, including space, times, equipment, menus, and decor.
• Prepare contracts and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
