Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Catering Sales professional to solicit, book and coordinate meetings and functions, maximizing banquet space to meet and exceed revenue goals. You will report catering activities to leadership and support corporate and hotel initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning events, preparing contracts, and building strong relationships with clients and hotel teams to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel catering experience or similar industry.
• Proven track record of delivering quality service.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of catering, food & beverage and banquet operations.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and book new catering business and events.
• Plan, upsell, detail events including space, times, equipment, menus and decor.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; coordinate with hotel departments; resolve issues.
• Maintain client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow revenue.
