Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa seeks a Catering Sales Manager to market hotel services locally and nationally, build guest relationships, and develop opportunities for corporate bookings. You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with Sales, Conference Services, and Reservation Sales to maximize revenues and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, planning proposals, and driving targeted sales opportunities while controlling marketing expenses.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and sales-related experience.
• College or equivalent education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CMP Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and maintain regular communications with Hotel's Corporate key accounts.
• Meet or exceed targets for prospecting of sales opportunities and revenue streams.
• Prepare event proposals with options for services, pricing, dates, and locations.
• Negotiate and review terms of contracts for hotel services under supervision.
• Execute and manage internal processes to reserve and confirm contracted services.
• Promote visibility of the hotel through industry associations and trade shows.
