Job summary

Omni Interlocken is hiring a Catering Sales Manager to market our hotel services locally and nationally, build guest relationships, and negotiate corporate bookings. You will coordinate with Sales, Conference Services, and Reservations to maximize revenues and control marketing costs.

Role includes developing a network of guest opportunities, maintaining high service quality, and representing Omni at industry events to boost visibility and profitability.

Qualifications

• Past catering/conference service/sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food & beverage menus, preparation and presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain communications with corporate key accounts.
• Prepare event proposals with options for services and pricing.
• Negotiate and review contract terms for hotel services.
• Meet or exceed targets for sales opportunities and revenue streams.
• Coordinate reservations, space blocking, and catering needs.
• Promote hotel presence at industry events and trade shows.
• Support corporate programs to maximize guest benefits.
