Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to market the hotel’s services locally and nationally, build guest relationships, and develop opportunities with current and prospective clients. You will negotiate contracts and coordinate with Sales, Conference Services, and Reservation Sales to maximize revenues.

The role emphasizes prospecting new business, maintaining client relationships, and managing proposals from inquiry to contract, in a fast-paced luxury resort

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales-related experience.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret client needs and translate into proposals.

• Plan and maintain regular communications with corporate key accounts.
• Meet with parties interested in the hotel’s services and assess needs and profitability.
• Prepare event proposals with options for hotel services and products.
• Negotiate and review contract terms for hotel services under supervision.
• Meet or exceed targets for sales opportunities and revenue streams.
• Manage internal processes to reserve and confirm contracted services.
