Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing or related field.

• Experience leading complex sourcing and category management initiatives.
• Advanced analytical skills translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of AI tools and responsible use in business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead category strategies aligned with client priorities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFI/RFP and negotiations.
• Guide value analysis and stakeholder committees for decision-making.
• Represent Vizient in supplier and industry engagements.
