You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guide value analysis discussions, and shape contracting approaches with suppliers while aligning with Vizient's strategic objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and represent Vizient in high-level engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in category management or strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading complex sourcing and category management initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and contracting experience.
• Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship management.
• Deep knowledge of AI tools and responsible use in business decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
