The ideal candidate will drive advanced analytics, leverage Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools to shape assortment, activation, and growth opportunities across retail accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in category management or related roles within consumer goods or retail.
• Experience leading teams and building organizational capability.
• Ability to translate insights into enterprise and category strategies.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and operating rhythm for Corporate Category Advisory Services.
• Lead, coach, and develop Corporate Category Managers.
• Build talent pipeline and prepare for future category advisory needs.
• Drive team engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate data sources into compelling category narratives.
• Influence assortment, shelving, and retailer activation decisions.
