Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of casualty insurance placement or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial casualty products and structures.
• Established carrier relationships preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex placements.

Responsibilities

• Market and place new and renewal casualty programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and underwriting partners.
• Analyze client exposures and recommend coverage solutions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and endorsements for best outcomes.
• Review submissions and prepare marketing strategies.
• Evaluate quotes and options for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed on casualty market trends and pricing.
• Collaborate with producers, account managers, and risk advisors.
• Assist with complex renewals and program restructures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and company standards.
