Risk Placement Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales-driven professional to accelerate revenue growth by connecting Retail Agents with national markets and underwriting experts. The role blends marketing, selling, and underwriting in a hybrid setting.

You will build strong carrier relationships, pre-qualify opportunities, and utilize data-driven insights to craft tailored insurance solutions while meeting production targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years related experience.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and close new business with Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters.
• Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to achieve production goals.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships for pricing and coverage access.
• Pre-qualify submissions and identify high-probability opportunities.
• Analyze submissions to select best carrier, coverage and premium.
• Educate partners on risk solutions and maintain responsive service.
• Travel as needed to engage clients and carriers.
