Donaldson Company is seeking a high-energy Senior Category Manager to lead the Castings commodity for The Americas. You will define procurement strategies, oversee supplier performance, and drive cost reductions while ensuring supply and service levels for our customers.

The role interfaces with leadership and suppliers, requires strong data analytics, extensive MS Office proficiency, and 5–7 years of sourcing experience in manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years professional-level sourcing experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
• Strong data analytics and MS Office skills, with advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define procurement strategy for the Castings Commodity to meet supply and financial objectives.
• Monitor markets and negotiate to reduce total cost while ensuring supplier performance.
• Communicate strategies and results to leadership and stakeholders; conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers.
• Support plant and distribution teams to align on service levels and profitable operations.
