Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business (Supply Chain Management or Purchasing) or Engineering (Product/Manufacturing).
• Professional Supply chain certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate annual business plans for cost reduction and performance improvement.
• Obtain and analyze quotes to determine best value and recommend global sourcing solutions.
• Develop commodity strategies and align to global sourcing templates.
• Prepare documentation for sourcing councils including total landed cost analysis.
• Lead multi-project management to meet program milestones and part PPAP/launch.
• Negotiate basic contract terms to support agreements and understand required contract types.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions for sustained results.
• Collaborate with other departments to reduce inventory needs and improve workflows.
• Promote Lean and Value-Stream improvements with cross-functional teams.
