Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of procurement/sourcing/commodity management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities to meet business objectives.
• Source raw materials and services through competitive bidding, negotiations and supplier collaboration.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, service levels and capacity with suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance and risks to identify opportunities and threats.
• Track and report supplier performance metrics including price, quality, delivery, and contract compliance.
• Lead supplier reviews and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Identify and execute cost reduction and value-improvement initiatives.
• Support supply continuity through risk management, supplier development, and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align sourcing with business needs.
