You will manage supplier relationships, develop category strategies, and monitor market trends to optimize total cost. Strong analytical skills and ERP experience preferred. Up to 45% travel possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience sourcing Castings, Machined components, or related commodities preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships through performance reviews and risk mitigation.
• Lead RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract development.
• Develop category strategies to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
• Partner with manufacturing locations to resolve supplier and material issues.
• Support new product development from supplier identification to launch.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field
