Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Global company experience preferred and certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Category Managers responsible for ~$250M spend.
• Align procurement strategies with Global Procurement goals.
• Develop and monitor supplier performance and quality targets.
• Enhance supply chain robustness and agility.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives across ISO standards.
