You will drive onboarding, expand network participation, and align carrier requirements with growth plans.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of parcel transportation, delivery economics, and last-mile strategies in dense urban markets, with hybrid work options and extensive career growth

Qualifications

• Strong background in parcel transportation and last-mile delivery.
• Experience building executive relationships with carriers and logistics providers.
• Proven ability to drive network growth and carrier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to recruit regional, national, and international parcel carriers into the Open Locker Network.
• Build executive-level relationships with carriers, 3PLs, couriers, and delivery platforms.
• Lead commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, and contract development with transportation partners.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective carrier partners and forecast network volume opportunities.
