Qualifications

• Five or more years in P&C insurance or related field.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and agency partnerships.
• Ability to tailor and present information to diverse audiences.
• Strong multi-project prioritization and planning skills.
• Collaborative, transparent and open work style.
• Direct experience in carrier organizations (underwriting, distribution, or carrier-facing).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly carrier meetings and strengthen partnerships to drive agency growth.
