BrightCover seeks an Agency Carrier Relations & Distribution Manager to act as the primary liaison between the agency and its insurance carrier partners. This role drives strategic alignment, optimizes carrier performance, and ensures market access for producers.

You will manage carrier relationships, translate underwriting and product changes into actionable guidance, and lead internal training to support agency growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for carrier territory representatives and leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with all carrier partners.
