Qualifications

15+ years in asset-based transportation with 7+ in senior or GM roles.
Proven P&L ownership and track record of profitable growth.
Strong knowledge of dispatch, fleet maintenance, driver management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Own division P&L, growth strategy, and capital allocation to drive profitability and fleet expansion.
Direct daily fleet operations, dispatch, and maintenance to optimize asset utilization and service reliability.
Drive safety culture and ensure FMCSA, DOT, and local regulatory compliance.
Build and mentor multi-tiered operational leadership and oversee driver recruitment & retention.
Partner with sales and account management on pricing strategy and client retention.
