The ideal candidate will manage relationships, analyze data for informed decisions, and operate across shifts as needed to meet load demand and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with up to 1 year in transportation/logistics or related fields.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze information accurately and make informed decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience handling high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with carriers for optimal purchase rates to meet revenue margins.
• Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Monitor freight in transit and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Tender loads via Carrier360 and maintain shipment records.
• Proactively communicate service issues to support teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safety and service quality.
• Utilize Carrier360 to improve efficiency and automate processes.
• Verify carrier authenticity and tracking prior to pickup.
• Stay informed on market trends to sharpen negotiations.
• Align transportation solutions with customer expectations in urgent scenarios.
